Cottage Cheese with pineapple chunks is yummy.
I also have tried it with sprinkles of sugar free jello flavors.
My favorite, and that I call my Ice cream is FF CC with blueberry yogert!

I blended cottage cheese, orange sugar free jello with orange slices mixed in.
Kinda strange texture but I think doable for those that dislike it.

Around our house when mom has ice cream, it is actually cc and yogert mixed.
We all love it here. Yes, there are bad brands out there also.

5.Re: How do you stay motivated?
Posted by Hazel on 5/31/2005 3:32:42 AM
My motivation is my Before Picture! I have it stapled in my daily
journal and calendar book. I also buy a pair of pants or shorts
that are one size smaller than what I am wearing and I hang it
in my room to where I can see it everytime I come in or leave,
follow the progress of fellow BFLers on the tracker and motivate
and teach others of my new lifestyle also.
Rock on!

Nette, I like the change in goal weight, I believe this maybe something I need
to do also. I love reading everyones logs due to getting ideas on how to
improve what I am doing also. I feel like I would try harder if I relooked my
goal weight also.

Good Luck on the rest of your challenge.

No Salmon on that day. My husband goes and catches them
all the time and when I go with him, nothing. I cant wait for
the Silver run. All went well today. Good clean meals, lots of
water and a nice UBWO at lunch, did a 3 mile run in the
morning. I feel really wasted, tired or just down right sore.

Meals have been clean and lots and lots of WATER.
Started using flaxseed oil on Monday.
I didnt use it in my first challenge. I was eating
alot of fish so I did not worry about getting in the the
good oils but I have slacked off on the fish due to the
season is here to catch them. I need to do ALL my
workouts! I feel like I am missing them left and right.
Being off from work this week has messed my schedule
up. Will get ...

Understanding the extra carbs for breastfeeding.
I did not start my challenge till after my little one
was off them. I like how you are logging your day to day goals.
I will incorporate this in my log as well. It does help to stay
accountable. Have a great day.
