1.Total Gym Exercises

I have a Total Gym, which is great for me because due to neck and shoulder injuries I tend to hurt myself with free weights or weight machines, and this use my own weight.

I have put together a few routines that are a little modified from the program in that instead of increasing weight, I have to increase the incline of the Total Gym.
