I am allergic to peanut butter. Almond butter works better for me. Does anyone know if it has the same "good fat" benefits as peanut butter? |

You should be able to get the almond butter at any of the more health conscious grocery stores. Chances are if they sell organic produce they sell almond butter, although I think even some of the more mainstream grocery stores are starting to carry it... |
