Try using a powder protein mix. EAS has some good flavored whey protein blends that are cheaper than the ready to drink shakes but still high quality and safe! You can typically find them at walmart, target, etc.

Also check your local BJ's and Sam's club. Any warehouse really. I know BJ's around where I live has the EAS kind at a great price, way better than any of the nutritional stores Ive found.

well myplex contains carbs and protien so my advise is blend a banana (banana is over 20g carbs) with a 100% whey protein shake. be careful not to buy any old cheap whey protein though cos there is a lot of cr@p on the market. the deal for eas whey is the best ive ever seen, $20 for 30 servs is unbeleivable especially when eas stuff is quality stuff as apposed to some micky mouse stuff
