Hi - Just wanted to say that -
I am new to this forum and the BLF coach - I plan to start my 12 weeks on monday 1/5 - so that it matches the calender and also so my goal date isnt April Fools day hahahaha!!
Anyway - I tried this plan once before - Years ago... and it was the most fantastic thing I had ever done ---- I lasted 8 months before but somehow never hit that super point of success... But I prob had too many errors in my system to make it work fully before.
But - I will say - I had never excersized before so it taught me alot about lifting weights and my bodys ability to change.\
I am excited to try again - I feel I have a strong desire to Change and ready to comit to it.
My fear is I will hurt myself - I have a tender back and am really out of shape.
I plan to go slow and easy at first.. build up carefully. I will be realistic about what I can do to...
