This is an awesome idea! Im just starting so it would help me out a lot if I forget to do it for the day or whatever ya know? I enter my recipes into a database and then drag them to the calander that makes the meal plan and a grocery list to go with it. Makes it pretty simple.

Also check your local BJ's and Sam's club. Any warehouse really. I know BJ's around where I live has the EAS kind at a great price, way better than any of the nutritional stores Ive found.

Is it ok to eat dried fruit? What should I pair it with to make it a good midmeal? I love the dried berry mix that I can get from the store, Welch's Berry Medly.

wow that sounds really really good. When you do the 1 package of splenda, do you mean one of the little yellow packs like you would put into coffee? Also I am having a hard time finding sugar free maple syrup, where do you get yours?

I do a lot of the turkey sandwichs or roast beef, sometimes I do the crunchy taco salad, and just cook the meat the night before and get everything stored and ready to just pick up out of the fridge and leave, then when its lunch time at work, I just reheat the meat and throw it all together.
