| I always do diffrent kinds of cardio- bike, treadmill, stairs- so your body does not get used to any one type same goes for diffrent types of weightlifting. |

| You can buy an inexpensive heart rate monitor- I've seen them is Sports Authority for $30-40.00 |

| I look at it this way, If you can run longer than 20 miniutes you are not doing it right, you need to up the intensity.

| Super Easy Salmon Cakes
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ready In: 25 Minutes
Yields: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 (7 ounce) can salmon,
drained and flaked
1 egg white
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cups finely crushed saltine
cracker crumbs
lemon pepper to taste
