| I completed the program three years ago. I didn't lose much weight, because I didn't have much weight to lose, but I gained muscle tone. I'd like to do the program again, this time to lose about 15 pounds, and, once again to gain muscle tone and all-round health. I'd like an online buddy to report to daily or every couple days. | Day -2 (negative two). That is, I begin in two days. I'm looking forward to feeling great! I have to wait until Sunday to begin exercising because I don't have a moment to spare until then. I'd really like to start off with a long run AND a yoga class. That would beat the sh!t out of my sluggishness.
So, why do I want to do the challenge? The thing is, I like the way I look (I could lose maybe 10 pounds so that my clothes fit better) but I want to improve my overall health and I want to ... |
