| we all have exactly 24 hours in the day .. split up into 3 there is 8 hours... i have 8 hours sleep, 8hours study @ college... you probably have 8 hour shift at work ?? so that leaves 8 hours... hehehe....1 hour 4 gym leaves you 7.... time management is essential to succeeed in this.... it isn't easy and it isn't garanteed as things pop up and plans change... you just have 2 cater for this.. remember " consistency not perfection" perfection is impossible for anyone... but if u wake up late ... |

| i work out at 5:30 am ..... interesting about the melatonin it's 100% correct and the sun is good source of vitamin D .... only about 3-4 weeks then it's summer in england i can't wait macca-182 |

| thanx for ther advise i got 2 questions though... the dolphin pose am i meant to be holding that as in squeezing my stomach in .. i don't really understand sorry also the v ups do you mean get in the push up position and then put my legs on top of the ball the roll forward.... thanx again and sorry im just a lil confused macca-182 |

| i workout at a gym but unfortunatly they don't have 1 of those machines... maybe if i rested some dumbells on my legs then just sit on a bench and do it slowly ??? it colud work i guess... thanx for your advice

| the calf muscles.... they seem a hard muscle 2 work... i'm doing calf raises with a leg press machine.... the standing calf raises are hard 2 keep balance with.. is there any better exercis 4 the calf's ??? i don't seem to be working them hard enough .....also how many sit ups asre meant to be done ??? 20, 40 ?? what are people doing for the abs ?? what else is there 2 do besides sit ups ?? ....macca-182 |

| yes i have the book i've read it bout 4 times 2... i've seen the exersices i guess i'll have 2 practice them im just struggle'n with my calf 1's more :( and yeah i'm hitting my 10's on quads and hamstrings.. (lying leg curlz are a *&!$% ) just my calfs and abs im poor at (upper body perfect )..... and insrtead of you training your abs on cardio day i just tend to do abs on every weight session including upper...... fair play 2 ya on your lying leg raise sounds killer .. OuCh !!! .. i'm gunna ... |
