| I use to have a very hectic schedule as well. I would always PLAN out my week the best I could and then have a plan b, c, and d if plan A did not work.
It worked really well for me and I always got in my workout some how.
Good luck to you!

Have you done seated heel raises for your calves? They are much easier to control and REALLY burns your calf area..they work great for me!

| First question ...do you workout at a gym or at home? I am not sure how to do them at home...but my gym has a machine.
You sit down and the weight sits on top right at your knees right where they end.
You take your feet and place on a bar below.
You then push off with your toes and raise up your heels pushing the weight up.
YOU WILL DEFINATELY FEEL IT IN YOUR CALVES!
I usually do 50 lbs when I do the sitted or standing raises...
I will see if I can find a picture online ... |

| Well I could not take anything WHILE nursing...but I am wondering when I do stop which will be around August, if it would benefit me to take a supplement to help speed up results?
Right now all I take is a prenatal vitamin but when I stop nursing would you recommend a supplement and if so what would it be?
I have never taken a supplement at all...
Thanks

| I actually have never taken any supplements. I am currently nursing my 4 month old but prior to being pregnant I just followed bfl without the supplements and did not take any protien shakes or bars. I would eat my protien in foods ect.
So if you had a choice of choosing just one which supplement do you like best and why?
Should I take a supplement when i am done nursing to help speed up my process?
Thanks,
