Daily Progress Reports like the one you see here are easily
opened from the
Weight Training and
Cardio pages by clicking on
the Generate Progress Report (Saves) link at the top right corner
of the page. In the gym you only have to record
values that turn out different from your plan, since when
you return to the
Weight Training page
to enter your results you will be able to click on the Copy Plan
to Actuals link as a starting point. If you work your plan
exactly there will be no need to manually change or enter any numbers
before saving your results.
Preparing your next Workout
Plan is also possible without manually changing or
entering any numbers. If the next exercise you choose has
prior Actuals use them as reference to modify your already
existing Plan from last time (if necessary), then click on Clear
Actuals to create the space on your printout to enter values in
the gym.
There is never a need to enter the same numbers over and over again,
just print your Plan and go! This is a great timesaver over excel or
paper based systems.
