Mini-Graphs don't have room for the
dates, but when you pop them up the dates are provided. Note the
profile in this graph on Nov 1, 04. When first attempting a heavier
weight the Repetitions go down and the Intensity goes up. This could
signal the need to decrease the weight a bit next time, but in this case Demo
User takes some high quality supplements and manages the
heavier weight next time around! See the full story of her progress
