The most important thing to remember in the workout
header section is the Date. Entering the Date ensures the system
saves things correctly for the graphs. As with all
dates in the system you click on the Calendar icon to popup a calendar to
choose the date.
When you enter the planned Start Time the system automatically
calculates a default End Time, which you can then change if you like.
