You will come here to plan your Cardio workouts and enter your results.  Printable Progress Reports for Cardio are easily created from here, see point 5 below.  Point 5 also explains how you can speed thru this page very quickly if you aren't interested in Progress Reports for Cardio but still want to get credit for your HighPoints, and keep the graphs on this page up to date. 

The Exercise Frequency mini-graph shows you in relative terms how often you have been doing each exercise within the last 60 days, which can help you to vary your workouts.  The Graphs Tab allows you to expand the date range for the Graph.  The Choose Graph dropdown box below the graph allows you to change to a different type of mini-graph.

Easily enter your own exercises if you don't see the one you want.  Click on the Add Now arrow to immediately add your new exercise to the dropdown box.  Change the name of the exercise anytime and click on Add Now to update it in the dropdown and graphs immediately. 
The Exercise dropdown allows you to choose the exercise you want to do.  You can click on Copy Plan to Actuals to automatically bring in a default Plan, which you can then change if you like.  The Clear Actuals Link allows you to clear all the Actuals values in case you want to print out a Progress Report with space to enter new Actuals values.

The most important thing to remember in the workout header section is the Date.  Entering the Date ensures the system saves things correctly for the graphs.   As with all dates in the system you click on the Calendar icon to popup a calendar to choose the date.  

When you enter the planned Start Time the system automatically calculates a default End Time, which you can then change if you like.  Clicking on any of the Labels underlined in red pops up a related Help Page.

Clicking on the Generate Progress Report (Saves) link saves any outstanding changes and opens a Daily Progress Report for Cardio containing all the latest data you have entered on this page.  If you aren't interested in Progress Reports for Cardio and but want to ensure the graphs on this page are updated this is very easy to do.  Simply set the Date and the Exercise, then click on the Save Workout and High Point link to update the graphs immediately.  This will also ensure you get credit for the Cardio HighPoints on the Monthly HighPoints Graph .  The Pie Chart will show points set for a future date once that date arrives, so this step is best done after your workout.
