Click on NEXT, BACK or directly on the link you are interested
in. Scroll Down for Details
The Graphs Tab is the place you will come to view your results over
time for Date Ranges of your choosing.
You have the option to grant access to your Performance Graphs on your Public
BFL Profile to allow people to see the details of your workouts.
Upon entering the Graphs Tab you will automatically be presented
with a Bar Chart showing the number of HighPoints you
have achieved each month for the last 12 months. It is an
indication of how hard you have been working on the program since you
started entering your workouts into BFL Coach. It is updated
automatically by the system whenever you enter new Actuals for your Upper
Body or Lower Body workouts, or when you click on Save Workout and
HighPoint on the Cardio page (see point 5 at the bottom
of the Cardio page).
Click on the Calendar Icons to enter a From and
To Date for the Graphs you want to create. If you skip this step the
Graphs will be created for the last 120 days.
Choose the Type of Graph you want to
create. Depending on what you choose here additional options will
be presented to further narrow down your choice (shown in the next pages of the
Online Tour). Once you have made your choices simply click on the "Graph
Now" arrow to create your graph.
Clicking on any of the graphs in the Graphs Tab
will open a printer friendly Popup Graph.
