One example of what is possible on the Graphs Tab.  The HighPoints in this graph are saved automatically by the system as you enter your Actuals on the Weight Training  page.  If you notice any errors in your HighPoints you can easily fix them on the Maintain HighPoints page.  The sample graph shown here is the same one as is shown in the Mini-Graph  and  Popup Graph, but with a larger Date Range.

You have the option to grant access to your Performance Graphs on your Public BFL Profile to allow people to see the details of your workouts.

Click on the Calendar Icons to enter a From and To Date for the Graphs you want to create.  If you skip this step the Graphs will be created for the last 120 days.

Once you choose to create a HighPoint Performance graph there are two additional dropdowns you must enter to narrow down which graph you want to create.  Once you have made your choices simply click on the "Graph Now" arrow to create your graph.
