The Exercise Frequency graph shows in relative terms how often you have been doing each exercise for a particular Muscle Group and Date Range (including Cardio).  This can help you to ensure you vary your workouts, and if you choose to grant access to the performance graphs on your Public BFL Profile it shows people which exercises have been responsible for your success!

Choose a Date Range and Muscle Group then click on the "Graph Now" arrow to create the graph.  If you don't choose a Date Range a graph will be created for the most recent 120 days.

The legend and number of colors on the graph include all exercises you have done at least once during the Date Range.  The absence of an exercise that exists in the dropdowns on the Weight Training  or Cardio pages should also be considered for future workouts.
