Your HighPoints are saved automatically when you enter your Actuals on the Weight Training  pages.  The HighPoints Tab allows you to review and, if necessary, modify your HighPoints.  This is the data that appears in your Performance Graphs.  You can easily enter Historic Highpoints that you achieved prior to joining BFL Coach and bring your graphs up to date.

Changing the Muscle Group will automatically retrieve the HighPoints for the current date range.  To change the date range click on the Calendar icons to popup a calendar and choose new dates.  After changing the date range you must click on the Search button to refresh the HighPoints.

Clicking column headers that are underlined (i.e. Exercise ) will sort the results accordingly.  Clicking on it again will sort in the opposite direction (ascending order alternates with descending order).
Clicking on the pencil icon   places a row into edit mode.  Clicking on  takes the row out of edit mode without saving.  Clicking on  saves changes and takes the row out of edit mode.  Clicking  permanently deletes the HighPoint.
Prev and Next are red and underlined when additional HighPoints exist in that direction.  Clicking on Prev or Next immediately scrolls to the addtional rows without refreshing the page.  Sort order is preserved as you scroll through the HighPoints.
