Your BFL Coach Body-For-Life Profile is your very own place on the Net to share all or part of your BFL Experience. You can include things like your Photos, Meal Plans, Recipes, BodyStat Graphs, Performance Graphs or even complete details of your workouts.

It is an ideal way to share your progress with and get feedback from your Workout Buddy, Personal Trainer, or fellow BFLers from your favorite online group. BFL Coach will provide you with a link to your Body-For-Life Profile, just add it to your group posts or emails and invite people in to look around!

In the space where you are now reading you can share your goals and experiences with others. Spice it up with smiley'sWink, formatting, and links to your Favorite Websites.Cool You can consider including your email address in this section if you are looking for feedback or if you are looking for a workout partner at a similar level to yourself.

Click on the View My Workouts link at the top of this page to see how people can review all the details of your latest workouts. This is a great way to find a workout partner that lifts similar weights to yourself, or to get feedback from your Workout Buddy or Personal Trainer. Note that the Workout Units, set to lbs in the example, are easily configurable so you could set it to kgs or kilos or whatever you like.

Click on the View My Graphs link at the top of this page to see how you can share your fully-functional BodyStat and Performance graphs with others. Feel free to give them a try, there are help links there explaining what the graphs are all about.

BFL Coach saves HighPoints for your graphs automatically as you enter your workout results. You also have the option to enter your old HighPoints manually. This makes it easy to get your Graphs up to date with workouts completed prior to joining BFL Coach.

Click on the View My Meal Plan & Recipes link at the top of this page to see how you can share your food choices and Recipes with others. Be sure to check out the View My Monthly DietPoints link at the top of the Sample Meal Plan. As a member logged into BFL Coach you also have the option to printout just the day you are interested in rather than the entire week.
